Road Safety Project Officer

Package circa $80,795 per annum (incl. 9.5% super)

Maximum term contract (up to 6 months) for the purpose of covering Parental Leave

 

Here is your chance to join the RoadWise team and facilitate the development and administration of road safety projects and campaigns, aligned to the WA road safety strategy. If you have demonstrated experience in project development, administration and reporting then this role is for you.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Well-developed project planning skills
  • Demonstrated research and evaluation skills
  • Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills
  • Comprehensive written communication skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, for liaison, consultation and negotiation
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and development of tools and resources and promotional events.
  • Knowledge of digital management tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft SQL system and Spark CMS or similar
  • Knowledge of Local, State and Federal Governments structures and operations in relation to road safety.
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence

The successful candidate would ideally have experience in Government funded programs and compliance and familiarity with the operation of a representative body.
